ABOUT YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
All orders received between June 12 and July 8, 2009, will be delayed due to the July 4th Holiday. You will receive your order no later than during the week of July 13, 2009. No product will be shipped via overnight service during this time period.
SHIPMENT OF YOUR PRODUCTS:
ForeverXXII.com will handle shipping of your product by the USPS.
Ownership of the product is yours upon delivery. Foreverxxii.com will not be
responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including
products not avaliable at time of order, labor strikes, tranportation malfunctions,
or acts of God. If an item has been discontinued, an alternate item will be asked to be selected via email. NO refunds are available. We ship all domestic orders USPS. All orders for INSTOCK items
will be shipped within 1-3 working days of receipt of the order, except where otherwise stated in this page. This includes
overnight shipments. Please allow 5-7 days afer product has been shipped for
delivery. NO C.O.D. ORDERS.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Your total price for the product ordered will be stated on your purchase
receipt or invoice that you will see immediately following placing your order.
Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, and these will be added
to the price at the last screen during checkout. All critical information including
your credit card number is secured before being approved.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
All of the data on products, and the availability of any product, is
subject to change without notice. Foreverxxii.com intends to update information
and data listed on the site as soon as informed of any changes but will not
be liable for any inaccuracies.
GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Foreverxxii.com
at once. Foreverxxii.com will not accecpt any claim for damaged or missing items
more than fourteen (14) days (DO count weekends, holidays and all other non-business
days) from the date of delivery.
LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Foreverxxii.com offers a limited money back guarantee for fourteen
(14) days on unopened and unused products only. Sales on opened or used products
are final. This does NOT include sandals.
If you are expecting a refund, please allow a reasonable period of time for
your product to arrive at Foreverxxii.com. Foreverxxii,Inc. will inspect the
product and, after approval will notify you of approval/decline. Your refund
will be applied within seven (7) business days. You will receive a letter (e-mail)
of approval/decline. Foreverxxii.com will refund the original purchase price
of the product. Foreverxxii.com WILL NOT refund S&H. The returned product
must be in the same condition as when you received the item, in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Foreverxxii.com has made every effort to accurately display ALL nail polish
colors and sandals, as well as all other products
listed. The actual colors you see will depend upon your monitor and therefore
can only provide a basic reference. Foreverxxii.com will not be held responsible
for color misconception or size inaccuracies. Orders are filled as requested by the customer.
